Description of problem:

EAP 6.3.0 depends on Jettison 1.3.1, however CXF module rt/rs/extensions/providers needs Jettison 1.3.5, these two versions are not compatible.

So to fully build CXF for EAP 6.4.0, need to upgrade Jettison to 1.3.5.
