We have seen this stack several times before, but so far without a way to reproduce it. Is it reproducible for you?
As for this particular incident, I recall saving a google docs spread sheet as a .ods file then opening it locally. Eventhough the error reporting dialogue appeared, the file loaded normally. I have so far been unable to reproduce the error.
