Build: kf5-kdoctools-4.100.0-2.fc21.src.rpm

kf5-kdoctools-devel
    contains only static libraries,
    but no virtual -static package is provided

Thanks for spotting this.

The bug is fixed in kf5-kdoctools-4.100.0-3. kf5-kdoctools-devel now Provides kf5-kdoctools-static = %{version}-%{name} (as per point 2 of the Guidelines).
