Description of problem:
No 'Next System Check-in' in Help->About window

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
subscription-manager: 1.11.3-6.el5
python-rhsm: 1.11.3-3.el5

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open subscription-manager-gui
2. Open Help-> About window
3. Check if 'Next System Check-in' field is in About window

Actual results:
No 'Next System Check-in' in Help->About window (see attachment 'No Next System Check-in.png')

Expected results:
'Next System Check-in' info should be displayed in Help->About window
