Description of problem:
My request to add to language team didn't reach the co-coordinator via Email neither did the confirmation email received from my end.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login and add yourself to a language team
2.Check with the coordinator if he has received any email for the same.
3. Once approved, check your inbox to confirm if you have got any confirmation email.

Actual results:
Didn't get a mail on requesting the role, coordinator didn't get an email either. I had to manually request for the role approval. After approval, I again didn't get any email on the role confirmation. 

Expected results:
A request should reach the coordinator and a confirmation mail should be sent to the requester. 
Once the role is approved, there should be a mail to new member of the team.

This looks like a serious issue!

I am the coordinator for Kannada (kn) team for FUEL [1]. I didn't get any email notification about Omshivaprakash joined team. Also, the team page doesn't even list the name/email id of the user who applied for the role permissions. I had to ask him about the userid/email, then click on "Add Team Member" and search for the userid/email to add.

I just noticed that, I receieved the notification on my other email id.

Ok, so the coordinator received the email.

However, currently there is no notification for the requester.

Thus I filed Bug 1120457 for notifying the user when the language team permissions changes. This bug is basically the duplicate of that.

And also Bug 1120461 for should the grantor want to reject the request.
