Affinity Groups

Description of problem:
There is no option to create/edit/delete 'Affinity Groups' groups. I tested with JON standalone and JON HA setup. 

Browser: Firefox 31.0 and Chrome Version 36.0.1985.125

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to 'Administration->Affinity Groups' (http://host-name:7080/coregui/#Administration/Topology/AffinityGroups)

Actual results:
There is no option to create/edit/delete Affinity Groups

Expected results:
Option should be available to do CRUD operations
