Description of problem:

Currently, groups that contain several projects are very hard to work with as a translator:
- Translators have to choose their language twice in order to open a document
- Translators can't easily switch from one document to the other, as the document view only shows the documents from the current project, not all documents in all projects of the group
- Search and replace therefore does not work across all documents either

The above points together with the current slowness of the t.z.org instance make it a nightmare to work with groups.


Expected results:
Similar ease of navigation to a "normal" project

Ok, this is _bad_. We should either make Groups pull up the document list for the selected Language -> Project, or send the user directly to the Project with the language selected.

BZs 1131739 (this one) and 1128954 are not exact duplicates.

BZ 1131739 (this one) covers more issues than 1128954 and should be left open. BZ 1128954 can be closed instead as a duplicate.

Oops, this actually contains 3 bugs.
