Description of problem:
As we (BaseOS QE) agreed that all of our mounts (especially /mnt/qa/scratch) should be read-only from now, it is still desired to have a chance to get write access to these mounts. So this is request for new option into rlMount function.

Is this a duplicate of BZ#1124437 - make all internal mounts read only by default and rw optionally ? (similar request just for different rl functions)

Change of general rlMount function is not requested. I think this bug can be left open.
