Description of problem:
While opening new case if we click any help link, it is opening on the same page and leads loss of all the entries. Clicking back also does not retain existing entries.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login in to JON 3.3
2. Click on 'Red Hat Access->Support->Open case'
3. Do 'Red Hat Access' account login, if didn't already
4. Enter case details, Click on 'Next'
5. There is link to know about attaching local files. If you click the link it's opening on the same page and clicking back taking to initial page. Lost all the entries that we did in step #4.

This should be fixed by updating redhat_access_angular_ui to 0.9.9 which is already done within Bug 1133590
Moving to ON_QA as available for test with the following brew build:
