Description of problem:
When trying to enable certain iso repos, user gets a spinny cursor for a long time and errors show up in dynflow.

1.  Enable a manifest that contains "Oracle Java for RHEL Client"
2.  Try to enable repo: ISOs > Oracle Java for RHEL Client > Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Desktop - Oracle Java (ISOs) > Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Desktop - Oracle Java ISOs x86_64 7Client
3.  Wait and wait.
4.  Observe dynflow

Wondering if this is related to the fix for 

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1121207

At first I thought maybe it was just "7Client" ISOs that failed.  However, I just saw it on RHN Tools for RHEL 7Server as well, with a similar error message.
