UNKNOWN listed for Datacenter and Host under the Tasks tab

Description of problem:
Adding a Storage domain (ISO, Export, NFS) lists Datacenter and Host as <UNKNOWN> under Tasks.  This is for both adding as new or importing, whether successful or not.  BZ 1096854 lists the UNKNOWN user that is listed under the Events tab

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new or imported storage domain of type ISO, Export or NFS and note Event list

Actual results:
UNKNOWN is listed for the Datacenter name

Expected results:
The current Datacenter name should be listed

Host is still listed as <UNKNOWN> under tasks

Added another fix for the host name upon disconnection from server (rest were OK), attached screenshot of after the fix

Results:
The Datacenter name is listed

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
