Created attachment 936522 [details] Jboss-Fuse-no-CSP Description of problem: I installed 'JBoss Fuse 6.1.0' and imported in to JON 3.3. There is no direct option to open new Red Hat support case like we have it for JBoss EAP. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): JBoss Operations Network Version : 3.3.0.ER02 Build Number : 4fbb183:7da54e2 GWT Version : 2.5.0 SmartGWT Version : 3.0p How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install and import JBoss Fuse 6.1.0 in to JON 3.3. 2. Select JBoss Fuse from 'Inventory->Servers->JBoss Fuse' 3. Right click on JBoss Fuse, there is no option to open new support case.
