Doc Text:
Cause: bash completion file was not included in the rpmspec as a file to be installed. Consequence: Users could not use bash completion on the heat command line tools. Fix: Add the completion file to the RPM and save it to /etc/bash_completion.d Result: Heat command line subcommands can now be tab-completed.

Description of problem:
heat.bash_completion is not installed by the package spec

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.2.9

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type heat <tab>

Actual results:
No bash autocompletion

Expected results:
autocompletion of available commands

Additional info:
The file python-heatclient/tools/heat.bash_completion needs to be installed to /etc/bash_completion.d

upstream fedora master has patches that add bash_completion functionality that appear to be clean and came in with 0.2.10 version there
