back to MODIFIED - this is a 3.4 BZ, not a 3.5 one. Verified in rhevm-3.4.3-1.2.el6ev.noarch (av12.2) with firefox-31.1.0-5.el6_5.x86_64. In FF31, Login page of Webadmin doesn't show message "This Browser version isn't optimal...". Automated tests also didn't show any regression in UI functionality with FF31. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
