Description of problem:

Currently if one tries to enable SSL for AMQP via rabbit_use_ssl in the puppet-neutron module it fails if the kombu_* options aren't also set.

This is fixed upstream in master, https://github.com/stackforge/puppet-neutron/commit/141e65a7ddc07b682fc730bab98bffbd7d49f53f

This should be backported so we can enable SSL for AMQP.
