Description of problem: there are missing platform specific guest agent rpms for ppc64. iiuc: - *pam* - *debug* there's RHEL6 and RHEL7 for ppc64. without *pam* i suppose SSO won't work. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Additional info:
shouldn't *debug* rpm be built even for i386?
there's no SPICE at the moment so no need for SSO...
Just a note, upstream (EPEL) has 3 rpms for ppc64: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/ppc64/o/ [ ] ovirt-guest-agent-common-1.0.10-2.el7.noarch.rpm 2014-08-20 22:42 54K [ ] ovirt-guest-agent-gdm-plugin-1.0.10-2.el7.noarch.rpm 2014-08-20 22:46 12K [ ] ovirt-guest-agent-pam-module-1.0.10-2.el7.ppc64.rpm 2014-08-20 22:44 16K (I haven't tested that yet.)
ppc64 build for el7 now available: rhevm-guest-agent-1.0.10-3.el7ev el6 is to my information currently not supported on ppc64 by RHEV
ok, tested rpm installation but ppc64 can't use pam/gdm-plugin as sso is hardcoded for spice consoles for now (BZ1251000) rhevm-guest-agent-common-1.0.10-3.el7ev.noarch rhevm-guest-agent-gdm-plugin-1.0.10-3.el7ev.noarch rhevm-guest-agent-pam-module-1.0.10-3.el7ev.ppc64le
