Description of problem:
when you try to enable the vsftpd module under serivces, the window
hangs, this is not just my install - it has happened on ever
installation of Fedora.

Only happens with VSFTPD, all others "services" start fine

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.System Settings From Taskbar
2.Server Settings
3.Services
4.Scroll to VSFTPD and click restart/start

Actual Results: Window hangs, the server is started but you have to
XKILL window to see that it has.
