I see that the epel7 branch for python-rdflib was created 2 months ago, but it doesn't look like it was ever built. https://apps.fedoraproject.org/datagrepper/raw?package=python-rdflib We need it to migrate the https://badges.fedoraproject.org/ web frontend to el7 nodes. If there are any issues, please let me know. I'd be glad to step up co-maintain if that would be a help.
I already requested an epel7 branch for python-rdflib in bug 1130838 and have joined as co-maintainer, since I need it on RHEL7 too. The problem, which I guess you already discovered, is that python-isodate is still missing from epel7 (bug 1131722). Let's follow up on that bug.
