rubygem-staypuft:  Unable to create a new subnet during the deployment creation

Environment:
rhel-osp-installer-0.4.2-1.el6ost.noarch
ruby193-rubygem-foreman_openstack_simplify-0.0.6-8.el6ost.noarch
openstack-puppet-modules-2014.1-23.el6ost.noarch
openstack-foreman-installer-2.0.29-1.el6ost.noarc


Steps to reproduce:
1. Install rhel-osp-installer.
2. Start to configure a deployment and get to the "Network Configuration" page.
3. Click on the "New subnet" button and fill the details for the new subnet.
4. Click on the "Create subnet" button.

Results:
Nothing happens.

Expected results:

The subnet should be created upon clicking on the "Create Subnet" button.
