RHEL Engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on RHEL 6 through RHEL 9 to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start firstboot.
2. Register with activation key.
3. Watch the titles of scroll bar.

Actual results:
There are two stages: register and auto-attach. And the titles is always registering through the 2 stages(see attachment: Registration with activationkey-the lable is registering when attach is in process.png). 

Expected results:
In attaching stage, the title of scroll bar should attaching(see attachment: normal attaching title.png).

The progress bar in Firstboot is part of the Subscription Manager plugin, so reassigning.

Firstboot is EOL on RHEL7, replaced by initial-setup.
The status titles have also been updated since in other more 
general fixes.
