Description of problem:
The description of version in "Prerequisites" is incorrect in installation guide.

"Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform 4 requires Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5 Server. "

In an async change for RHOS3, RHEL6.5 was required. All 6.4 references were switched out for 6.5. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1031889

However, the product version 4 is incorrect and has now been fixed:
