Adding MATE maintainer here for comment...
Sorry, my thought was that a livecd would only use for a quick installation in english and not for intensive using. I had remove some packages for size reasons. Anyway, i have revert this step https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/spin-kickstarts.git/commit/?h=f21&id=fb107cf7404c501df92c49860f891916f0a657f9 Dear reporter, can you please install those packages on a live usb-stick, to check if this is enough? -ibus-typing-booster -ibus-kkc -libkkc -libkkc-data -skkdic -ibus-libpinyin -libpinyin -libpinyin-data -vlgothic-fonts -paratype-pt-sans-fonts -jomolhari-fonts -sil-abyssinica-fonts -naver-nanum-gothic-fonts Thank you
sorry, it's not enough. still missing a chinese font. we may need to add adobe-source-han-sans-cn-fonts and adobe-source-han-sans-twhk-fonts to .ks too.
done, https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/spin-kickstarts.git/commit/?h=f21 Why a font package is bigger than the whole mate stack ? -adobe-source-han-* # 94MB Please let me know if everything is fine now to close the report.
Discussed at today's blocker review meeting [1]. Rejected as a blocker. MATE is not a release blocking desktop environment. [1] http://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/fedora-blocker-review/2014-11-12/

That looks good to me. thanks!
