Description of problem:
Currently, the default nfs version for importing export domains
and all other workflows regarding NFS is to use NFSv3 as a default

However in my opinion NFSv4 is much better in any way you can think
of, thus I would like to make NFSv4 the new default.

I don't know if this is the correct component, please reassign if necessary.
Please consider this for 3.6 release.

The default for NFS was change according to bug 1414100 to auto negotiate
