I was working in packagin mono 3.10.0 and monodevelop 5 it http://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/elsupergomez/mono/ Exist one problem to update mono in Fedora. Mono > 3.4 not build from mono < 3 is necesary first build mono 3.4 from mono 2.10 (actual version in fedora) and then later build mono >= 3.10 from mono 3.4. Corp repo have both versions 3.4 and 3.10 Also have monodevelop 5 and mono-addins 1.1
Are you member of packaging team ? I see 3 version of Mono on your repo !! Upload their specs here please.
