Description of problem:
[GUI]> Left Tabs tree and sub tabs are not responding and not display right content as they should. used to work in older builds.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.5.0-0.20.el6ev

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. [GUI]> try to choose 'data center' or 'external provider' for example on the left tabs tree in the web admin portal
2. try to choose some sub tabs on the left tree 

Actual results:
Tabs and sub tabs on the left tree doesn't responding and not displaying the right content. 

Expected results:
Left tree tabs should work as expected

Additional info:
It seems like the only tab that working on the left tree is the 'system' tab.
