Description of problem:
subscription-manager register --org="Red Hat Iberia" --activationkey="Basic_development"
Would subscribe your environment but you need to manually perform some steps

1. Subscribe a system using command
2. perform puppet agent -t
3.

Actual results:
Error

Expected results:
1. RH Common is enabled in the system
2. katello-agent and puppet are installed
3. /etc/puppet.conf is configued with the capsule


Additional info:
Configuration file should gather information from the capsule to know which ca, etc, to use.
