IMHO it's better to build a package of Jiab77/systemd-zram instead, that project [1] has nearly the same code base and particularly a proper and valid licensing as MIT with full license text [2]. Although your spec file as well the upstream spec file say it's GPLv2, we can not verify the requirement [3] to ship the license text. You could point upstream to include license as headers [4] into their shell scripts.
