Description of problem: (Enhancement) perl Cache::FastMmap is missing in EPEL for RHEL 7

Need perl Cache::FastMmap for installing policyd for postfix on RHEL 7

I'v actually installed Cache::FastMmap through cpan, but policyd 2.1.x rpm install doesn't detect it as available on the system

Additional info:

Need to change Product for this bug (enhancement) to Fedora EPEL. When I try to do it, it says -> You are not permitted to change products for this bug.
