import domain missing help

Description of problem:
Storage Tab -> import Domain -> help button is missing

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.5 vt12

How reproducible:

A help tag will need to be added for the model.

Tal: please note that this is a 3.6 BZ (that is also proposed as a 3.5.z candidate); so in order to fix this issue for 3.5.z, you will need to clone this BZ to 3.5.z, etc. Can you please take care of that? otherwise, I will have a hard time to organize the relevant blocked rhevm-docs BZs. thanks.

Actually the issue will already be fixed for 3.5.1 since I also backported it to the branch from which 3.5.1 will be created but indeed the bugs needs to be cloned for that matter, I will push to get all necessary acks and clone them when they will get it (Note that I'm also referring to bug 1174043 and bug 1174045 for that matter)

Help button exists and function well in import storage domain prompt.
