Description of problem:
Miss these two follow boot options in boot menu when boot from livecd in UEFI machine:
Install / Upgrade (Basic Video) RHEV-H-6.6-20141218.0.el6ev
Reinstall (Basic Video) RHEV-H-6.6-20141218.0.el6ev

No this issue in boot menu when boot from cdrom in UEFI machine.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make livecd to usb via command "livecd-iso-to-disk --format --efi rhev-hypervisor6-6.6-20141218.0.iso /dev/sdc".
2. Boot from above USB in UEFI machine. 
3. Enter boot menu.

Actual results:
Miss some boot options in boot menu when boot from livecd in UEFI machine

Expected results:
The boot options should keep the same number when boot from livecd/cdrom in UEFI machine.

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make liveusb via command "livecd-iso-to-disk --format --efi rhev-hypervisor6-6.6-20141218.0.iso /dev/sdc" and make live cdrom via 
command "cdrecord dev=/dev/cdrw2 rhev-hypervisor6-6.6-20141218.0.iso"
2. Boot from above USB/cdrom in UEFI machine. 
3. Enter boot menu.

Actual results:
Miss some boot options in boot menu when boot from liveusb/cdrom in UEFI machine

Expected results:
Like rhevh6.5, the boot options of rhevh6.6 should add this two missed boot options when boot from livecd/cdrom in UEFI machine.

Additional info:
No this issue for rhev-hypervisor6-6.5-20141017.0.iso(RHEV-H 6.5 for RHEV3.4) in boot menu when boot from liveusb/cdrom in UEFI machine.
