Description of problem:

When going to Content  --> Red Hat Repositories and opening tree for a repo.

We get an non description error.

Exception:

After updating the manifest this problem when away.

There were expired subscriptions in the manifest.

The request here is that we should get a more appropriate error message that would allow the usr to immediately know the problem is with exired subscriptions and that the manifest needs to be updated

How reproducible:

Load a manifest with subscription close to expiration.

Once expired try enable a Red Hat Repository


Actual results:

Exception:
TypeError: can't convert nil into String



Expected results:

If this feature requires an active subscription have it validate against the registered manifest and throw meaningful error if the subs are expired.


Additional info:

I suspect this fix will provide same solution for hammer as well
