The patch fixing this is ready for merging since Jan 13 - not sure why it is not merged yet.

Blocking bug 1155170 to make sure we don't forget to merge this patch.

Bug verified on RHEV-M 3.5.1-0.1.e (build vt14)
and vdsm-4.16.12-2.el6ev 
Successfully created 10 iSCSI Storage Domains (no errors) 
RHEV-M setup:
2 Data Centers - Real and Fake
Real DC has physical host which run 50 VMs (4CPUs, 2G RAM) and NetApp NFS Storage
Fake DC has 50 fake hosts and 10 ISCSI Storage Domains
Attached screenshot, engine.log and vdsm.log from host (which manages Storage Domain fake-host-6).
Please, ignore error "Could not connect host fake_host-50 to pool DC-FAKE".
This is incorrect initiator configuration on XreamIO.
