Description of problem:
Non data Storage Domains (specifically export domain) should not be checked for attached Storage pools for presenting a warning dialog.
The Export Domain already have a validation for that in the CDA.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import an existing Storage Domain
2.
3.

Actual results:
In the logs we can see that GetFileStorageDomainsWithAttachedStoragePoolGuidQuery is being called.

Expected results:
GetFileStorageDomainsWithAttachedStoragePoolGuidQuery should not be called for export Storage Domain

This uglifies importing existing EXPORT/ISO domains - suggesting for 3.5.1.

Maor, the patch in the tracker, 37273, is merged.

The reproduce is to try to import an export Storage Domain and check if GetFileStorageDomainsWithAttachedStoragePoolGuidQuery is being called in the engine logs

Reproduce Steps:
1. Create an initalized 3.5 Data Center
2. Import an export Storage Domain to the Data Center
3. Check the logs to see if GetFileStorageDomainsWithAttachedStoragePoolGuidQuery is being called

Expected result:
There should not be any indication for GetFileStorageDomainsWithAttachedStoragePoolGuidQuery in the engine logs
