Reproduce Steps:
1. Create an initalized 3.5 Data Center
2. Import an export Storage Domain to the Data Center
3. Check the logs to see if GetFileStorageDomainsWithAttachedStoragePoolGuidQuery is being called

Expected result:
There should not be any indication for GetFileStorageDomainsWithAttachedStoragePoolGuidQuery in the engine logs
