Description of problem: 

When host is moved to Maintenance for upgrade message : "If you wish to upgrade or reinstall it click here."  in General Tab does not appeared.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.5.0-0.30.el6ev

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:4
1. Install new version of RHEV-H in engine
2. "A new version is available; an upgrade option will appear once the Host is moved to maintenance mode."  will appear in  General Tab
3. Move host to Maintenance
4. No  "If you wish to upgrade or reinstall it click here."  appears in General Tab only "A new version is available; an upgrade option will appear once the Host is moved to maintenance mode." is still blinking

Actual results:
"A new version is available; an upgrade option will appear once the Host is moved to maintenance mode." is still present at time when Host is in Maintenance

Expected results:
 "If you wish to upgrade or reinstall it click here."  should appear

verified on 3.6.0-0.18.el6  - build 3.6-15
