Tal, please provide doctext for this bug (and the 3.6.0 too, while you're at it).

Verified with 3.5.1 vt14 with the following scenario:

Created a POSIX export domain
Moved the doman to maintenance
Removed the domain without format
Imported the domain again

Created a GLUSTER export domain
Moved the doman to maintenance
Removed the domain without format
Imported the domain again 

Moving to Verified!
