Description of problem:
The dialog that pops up to indicate progress of a Download All request is broken.
It shows:
- in a very small window, truncating buttons and text
- the progress of "null of null" when starting

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a podir project
2. Select a version, and language
3. Click the menu on the language panel and select Download All (Zip)

Bad window
