Description of problem:
There should be some way to claim credit for translated items on push, e.g. --mine.  Or, potentially, the other way e.g. --not-mine
Maybe even a mandatory switch?


It would assist with other statistics integrity issues, where items pushed as 'Unknown' will be minimised.
