Title: Backing Up the Engine Database Using the backup.sh Script

Describe the issue:

In the /usr/share/ovirt-engine/dbscripts/ directory there is no backup.sh file

Suggestions for improvement:

Please remove this section from the Admin Guide as its not applicable.
