component upgrade BZ to track weld upgrade to include at least bz1185179 fix(its upstream jira is marked as Critical) in next 6.4.1. There is no hurry for this issue since EAP 6.4.0 is not released and door of EAP 6.4.1 is not open yet.

Please provide test (as discussed with Carlo) to include this in CP01 payload. I will qa_ack afterwards.
https://github.com/weld/core/compare/2.2.8.Final...2.2.9.Final shows 49 commits, 183 files changed ... really not a good candidate for CP which should be fixing 1 Weld issue (based on linked BZs)
Please ignore comment 5 Proper comparison link is https://github.com/weld/core/compare/1.1.28.Final...1.1.29.Final This tag contains one additional fix comparing to expected fixes - fix for https://issues.jboss.org/browse/WELD-1846 https://github.com/weld/core/commit/58103050ec4f997d53f9ad1ba5e98ef7d19901be https://github.com/weld/core/commit/197202e2a0318f47f9b4c494b56a83eb7544332c
The additional trivial change fixes a problem with Apache DeltaSpike https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DELTASPIKE-818 As DeltaSpike is a supported technology (via WFK) this fix would most likely be needed anyway.
qa_acking based on Jozef's comment.
Safety action, qa_nacking Weld upgrade. We didn't hear final decision from Jimmy about BZ 1215582. Right now we can't include Weld 1.1.29.Final as is.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1215582 is in CP01 ... we can proceed with Weld upgrade
Verified in 6.4.1.CP.CR2.
Retroactively bulk-closing issues from released EAP 6.4 cummulative patches.
