Related to #1124440.

Reproducer:

Have mount mounted as ro.

Call rlMount -o rw .....

Expected outcome:
it gets remounted rw

Actual outcome:
beakerlib checks that mount is mounted (disregards options) and bails out.

The (re)mounting issue should be fixed by bz1173623.

Regarding to the rlCheckMount feature it is duplicate of bz1191627.
