Description of problem:
After defining the sync plan in the WebUI there it is not possible to edit the time when the next sync will be run.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a sync plan to run at 01:00am
2. Update the sync plan to run at 03:00am
3.

Actual results:
Not possible to edit the next sync time

Expected results:
Allow editting the next sync time
