Description Martin Kolman 2015-02-24 17:28:54 UTC
Description of problem:
Logging in always redirects to the dashboard. This is especially annoying if one is already on a translation page and just wants to log-in to start editing.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a translation page for some project
2. notice you can't edit because you are not logged in
3. log in

Actual results:
You are dumped to the dashboard.

Expected results:
You stay on the original page, but you are logged in and can start editing it.

Hi Martin,

Login should redirect you to the translation page based on your description and steps to reproduce.

Can you provide us with the Zanata instance URL?

Tried it just now and it is still the same.

* I went to https://fedora.zanata.org/iteration/view/anaconda/master
* noticed I'm not signed in, clicked on the "Log in" button
* got redirected to the FAS authentication page
* logged in to FAS, approved Zanata for 7 days (BTW, this is the maximum and it really should be longer)
* once I confirmed the FAS approve page I got dumped back on my dashboard page, not back on the Anaconda translation page where I was when I pressed the "Log in" button

Martin,

Yup. Confirm you issue with the redirection. Will look into this issue.

Thanks for your input.
