Description of problem:
[GUI]> User <UNKNOWN> is connected to VM 'VM name'. 
User <UNKNOWN> got disconnected from VM 'VM name'.
<UNKNOWN> should be name of the user trying to connect or disconnect from VM.
The weird think is that behavior is inconsistent..
once i get this: User admin@internal got disconnected from VM Mic3.
and once this:User <UNKNOWN> got disconnected from VM Mic3.
