Trying to debug why apper couldn't install a downloaded rpm, and tried:

$pkcon install-local foo.rpm
Installing files              [=========================]         
Testing changes               [==================       ] (75%)  The daemon crashed mid-transaction!

$ rpm -q PackageKit
PackageKit-1.0.5-1.fc22.x86_64
