Description of problem:
'Activity Id' and 'Menu Label' fields are not checked against invalid inputs.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.1.0.ER6

How reproducible:
-

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Dynamic menu. (Extension -> Plugin Management -> New... -> New Dynamic menu)
2. Add menu items with invalid inputs. For example "a//aa**" or "b\$a".

Actual results:
Menu items are added.

Expected results:
Menu items are not added. Errors are displayed.
