Description of problem:
Virtual Machine Inventory Domain is broken- column "created_by_user_name" does not exist. Should be "created_by_user_id"

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install rhevm 3.5
2.Open "Virtual Machine Inventory Domain" for 3.5
3. try adding colums related to vm.

Actual results:
Error messages

Expected results:
All fields should be usable
