Description of problem:

PyOpenGL can make use of the PyOpenGL-accelerate module to speed up some opengl calls. Currently the -accelerate module isn't packaged. Once it is, xpra should Require PyOpenGL-accelerate.

The main PyOpenGL package now contains the accelerate module, so no changes to xpra needed, the accelerate module will appear once PyOpenGL updates.
