Doc Text:	When viewing a remote SPICE session in windowed mode and resizing the viewer window be wider than the virtual screen, the viewer window was automatically resized to fit the screen width, and the resolution of the remote screen was scaled down. This unintentional behavior has been corrected, and in the described scenario, the both the viewer window and the resolution of its contents stay unchanged.	Story Points:	---

Description of problem:
When the virt-viewer is used in non-full screen mode, and is resized bigger than the screen size, the window is resized back to the screen size, and the content is scaled down. This was not the case with earlier versions.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Virtual Machine Viewer 0.6.0-33 (most likely starting 0.6.0-xx, wasn't present in 0.5.623)

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a remote spice session, in windowed mode
2. Resize the window to a size bigger than the screen width


Actual results:
- VM screen display is resized to fit the viewer size
- Window width is set back to the screen width
- Contents (ie the remote screen) is scaled down to fit into the window

Expected results:
- VM screen display is resized to fit the viewer size
- Window size stays the same
- Contents are at scale 100% (non-blurred)


Additional info:
Also fedora21 virt-viewer has the same issue
