I'm experiencing the same issue using the clearlooks-phenix theme on Xfce, more precisely these are the packages that I have installed: clearlooks-phenix-gtk3-theme-6.0.3-1.fc22.noarch clearlooks-phenix-gtk2-theme-6.0.3-1.fc22.noarch clearlooks-phenix-xfwm4-theme-6.0.3-1.fc22.noarch clearlooks-phenix-common-6.0.3-1.fc22.noarch I tried switching to greybird (of which I have version 1.5.3-4) and the problem still happens.
Small correction to comment 8, I have switched the theme to greybird and then restarted Firefox and the issue is indeed fixed, I still have it only when using clearlooks-phenix.
Can you please file a new bug against that package?
It also happens to Bluebird in xfce4.
